1 tin condensed milk
600ml whipping cream
Vanilla essence/extract

Beat condensed milk, cream and vanilla together until thick. Pour into a container or paper lined tray, cover and freeze for at least 4 hours.

This is soooooooo good. I like to add crushed up plain chocolate biscuits (choc ripple are nice) and make it into a cookies and cream ice cream. I have also added cookie dough, and rum soaked sultanas. You could leave out the vanilla and try any variation you liked - fruit, melted chocolate, choc chips, flavoured essences, baileys or another liquer...
