ok...this is weird....no AF....and no underam hair ????!!!

6 weeks post partum...no AF, which im fine with, i dont expect it back for another 11 months anyway seeing as im b/f....but theres also no hair under my arms....i.e i havent had to shave under my armpits since H was born !!!! What is with that ??? Every night, razor in hand, i take a peek to see if i need to groom, and nothing, zilch, soft and smooth, no hair to be seen...is it hormonal ???

Its kinda good in a way, excellent infact...but scary in another......anyone had this ???

I didn't have nothing, but it was less than half the normal amount - still is after 6 months.... a lot less hair on my legs too.

No idea why.

My underarm and leg hair went form growing super quick when I was to pregnant to growing really really slowly for about six weeks after ds was born- I think I only shaved them once. Bizzare. I'm not sure why, I never got around to asking anyone about it

Maybe because it's winter? I've only shaved once in the last three months but I'm not very hairy anyway. Hair always grows much slower in winter.

I guess mine slowed also but I'm not a hairy one anyway so I didnt really notice. I DID notice I lost a lot of hair from my head. Like it was soooo thin in the fringe area that I would get sunburned hanging the washing out and had to get an extra thick fringe style cut in!

Definately hormones I reckon. Enjoy while it lasts

That is EXACTLY what happened to me! no hair under my arms! usually have very coarse wiry black stuff, even now its very soft and has barely any colour to it! I thought it was just me.....

mmm i thought that too but there is NOTHING, it looks like ive just come back from the beautician and had a wax...there are no *****les or anything...

Yer, just might enjoy it whilst it lasts. Due for 6 wk appt soon, might ask then....

it is quite odd. I have heard of this tho.. just happening to elderly women. They sorta just stop growing body hair, and have been told its because of hormones.

Great to hear...i was beginning to think i was a freak....
My doctor said it must be hormonal...although i think she was more excited for me...
