    Mum survived a relatively quick 9.5 hr (but very intense) posterior labour and vacuum assisted delivery thanks to the support of her lovely DH (and a very nice epidural) and some awesome midwives / ob support and expertise.

    Nah, Trill, the weight conversion is correct 3660g is apporx 8lb 1oz, you've mis-read it. .
