Any rebounders (mini trampoline) fans here?

The other day, I commented to my mum that I realised why I was always a trim kid, constant exercise! If I wasn't bouncing the day away on the trampoline, I was on my bike.
So I got thinking, I wonder whether a mini tramp would be beneficial to me as an adult, for those nice trim legs of years gone by. So I decided I would see how expensive and get myself one.
That was when I discovered the world of 'rebounding' - now I haven't received the tramp yet, but it looks like fun! I've order a set of dvds with different styles of rebounding - dance, hip hop, etc. There are supposedly plenty of benefits to health, including lympathic health from this exercise - so I will see!

I am looking foward to getting it hopefully next week!

    Anyone else into this exercise?

No, but I'm dying to get one, apparently it's *very good* for the lymphatic system & easy on the joints (tick and tick).

I can't wait till mine arrives, will let you know what I think. How is being good for the lymphatic system beneficial anyway - sounds good but I didn't really know what that meant!

Not much boobalidge to worry about! It arrived Monday and the DVDs Tuesday - but I've been feeling really bad this week - found out today I have either a chest infection or beginning of pneumonia so haven't been up to bouncing. Will start next week when I am recovered.

Well I have kept it up. The first week I had a chest infection, so didn't get on it until later that week. But this week just gone, I have done it 5 out of 6 nights. I am starting to feel a bit more toned, it definitely makes me sweat alot!
The sessions vary from 15-30 mins depending on the workout. I rotate them tokeep myself interested, the box and bound gives you both upper and lower body workout. I also have core bound on the dvd - which is kinda like pilates on the tramp - not cardio, but boy do I still sweat doing it!
Each night as I do it, I can last longer with fewer breaks. I do feel like I'm getting iftter. As I've only done it for just over a week, I will keep it up until the end of August to see how it changes my shape.
Do I love it? Hmmm, well no, I don't love any type of excercise, BUT it is much more comfortable than other forms or excercise - it's not stressfull on the joints and it is kinda fun!
