At "that point" - anyone else?

I think I have come to the "I'm REALLY ready to be done" point.

I can't wait to meet this new bean. I REALLY want to know what it is, and hold it and snuggle with it, and nurse it, and carry it in the wrap, and then lay it down!
I want to sleep on my stomach again.
Heck, I just want to sleep!
I want to climb the stairs without feeling like I might croak at the top!
I want to walk without waddling.
I want to be done with the leg cramps and stomach cramps.
I want my feet to stop looking like snowshoes. (here's hoping!)
I want my varicose veins to go back to being just ugly, as opposed to huge and hideous.
I want my back and hips and pelvis to stop hurting.

OK, OK, I'll stop whining now. I really haven't had such a bad time - it's been a good pregnancy, and I'm so thankful that baby and I both are doing well.

But I'm ready to be DONE!!!

Anyone else want to join this little tantrum?

I definitely know what you mean . I am having lots of those days and I'm trying hard not to think that way because I still have 4-5 weeks to go!

Keeping myself busy is helping keep my mind off it all, but there are moments where I think "Enough already!!!!".

Oh to sleep on my tummy again...

    Yep me too!!
Oh to be able to lean forward without overbalancing & toppling over.
To not have to sleep propped up because of reflux.
To be able to do up my own shoes.
To be able to go out without answering the same questions over & over.
To not be told I am so big I must be having twins.
To be able to have my cat on my lap.
To be able to go somewhere without exhausting myself from the car ride there.
To be able to walk like a "normal" person.

Hmmm I think that's all for now!!

    Me too!

    And then I remember:
I still won't get any sleep.
I will then have three kids to run after.
I don't have everything organised yet, haven't even washed the clothes or bedding yet and seen if I need anymore.
I really don't want to be there for the labour (any other volunteers to do this for me?)
It is really bad timing for DH to take time of work atm (which he tells me repeatedly, like I have any control over when I give birth).
I don't like my hospital I am booked in at.
I have a uni assignment I would like to be able to start before the baby arrives.

hmmm. I don't know what I want. To be comfortable and meet my precious bundle?? even with the extra work??? Or for it to stay inside a little longer and get everything else done?? But have to put up with the discomfit and pain????

Yup Im another one on the "over-it wagon"!!

I want my body back to myself
I want to be able to eat what I want
I want this puppps rash to be GONE
I want my bladder back to its original size
I want to be able to sit properly, walk properly and bend over
I want to be able to fit into my clothes normally
*TMI* I want this discharge is lessen!! *TMI*
Oh and Im sick of pre labour!!!

But in saying all that, my pregnancy has been pretty problem free. Its just hard to stay positive when you've been feeling huge for so long!

jasp- Sending you some labour vibes!! Although I do have to keep some for myself

I heartily agree also! I have been dreaming about going shopping for "normal" clothes again. When I say shopping, I will be pretty happy with being able to examine my 8 different varieties of jeans and pick which ones I want to wear. They have been on a hanger unworn for at least 6 months...... I will not get started on the other clothes lol!

Cass, you can put on shoes... <tk stares in amazement> please tell me how you do this - unless mine are slip ons (so much fun in the cold of winter) I have to get whoever is near to help me - this often means slipping my feet into the top and struggling to walk to the neighbours house or leaving it like that until I get to work and one of my colleagues helps me!
