I have no answers of proof, but I believe your loved ones are always with you watching over you. You might be thinking of someone and hear a familiar song, or dream of that person, maybe a hint of something in the air that reminds you of them.
Just remember that they are a part of who you are and that you are a part of them therefore you will always be connected making them always around you and watching over you.

Sometimes i feel my mum's influence more than her actual presence, today I saw my 1st daffodil flowering and I felt mum saying "I send the first daffodil to you every year".
I know its sounds weird but sometimes she does send thoughts to me, I think your dad may do that for you and you may not have realised it. I know he is with you and he loves you.

    Im sorry for your loss.

Do you feel him around you, do you ever smell things that remind you of him? I knew for a long time before a medium told me my grandad came to my house just by the feeling and thinking of him often. things turning up0 when i have been looking for them in places i have looked after asking for help

If it brings you peace to think he is there which i am sure he is then thats beautiful. I really belive they watch over us from wherever they are

Sometimes I 'feel' my granddad... usually its just like a really vivid memory, lately its been very physical, like I have this experience, its hard to describe, i *know* physically he's not here, and yet if I shut my eyes I can feel his hugs. I don't know what is happening, but it feels very real to me, and I do believe that he is here at times.
