Hi Squidipa, i have the 'no touch thermometer' and have found it to be really good, to be honest i havent had to use it that much but it seems easier than an ear or underarm one. I think it cost around $99, and not sure about a waranty... i got given mine as a baby shower present.

We've got the no touch too. From memory I think it was about $80, but I could be wrong. It's really handy when bubs is asleep, but can be a bit of a pain when they are up and moving. If they move their head around while you are taking the temp it can give an inaccurate reading, so we always do it a few times to make sure that the result we are getting is correct when he is awake. However, I'm sure that is much easier to deal with than having to stick something in an arm pit or in the ear when they are sleeping.
