Help finding a simple chart

Hi there,
Does anyone have a simple but good chart they use that they could recommend or send me as I am wanting to start charting BBT as we are wanting to TTC in a couple of months.

have you tried the online one on fertility friend?? If not you can click on my chart and get access from there. Hope this is what you mean?

Can I just use a normal oral thermometer with .1 grading?

Hi Ella,

yeah you can and that's all I use it's just not as accurate that's all. And was told to take temp twice in a row or warm the end of the thermometer with my hand first just so it gets to propper temp and isn't using some of it's measuring time just warming up IYKWIM?

I TTC with my first with a thermometer with only 1 decimal place & had no issues.

Another question... do the natiral methods of gender selection work?

We have a beautiful boy and are wanting a little girl next so are wondering if it is worth doing all the food/selective timing/selective position guff that is suggested?

Any advice would be great!!!
