Over night, very sensitive skin?

DS has a really sensitive foreskin.
We've tried micro fleece & bamboo velour. He wakes up crying & pointing at his poor little doodle coz he needs the nappy off...it hurts.
We are back to sposies over night.

Any idea's what else I could try?

Raw silk liners? Haven't tried them myself, but have heard good things. Invisible Glove is a plant based barrier ointment that might help. I use it on DD overnight to stop red-butt.
