Vaseline on cloth help? need info before tonight!

ds is having an op tomorrow as some may know from previous threads, i would like to know if i use a fleece liner in my cloth and use Vaseline on his winkie will this wreak my nappy or stain the nappy its self? His op is tomorrow so packing baby bag tonight. anyone been there done this before?

If you use a liner it should be ok.

Get some flushable liners so you don't have to scrub the heck out of cloth ones.

flushable i have the paper type here and the johnsons one's johnsons arnt flushable to wont the holes make the Vaseline go through tho?

Are you near a spotlight? If you can get micro polar fleece cheap enough you could make up some liners but you'd have to scrub them with hot water and detergent to get the vaseline out of them.

That's really the only other option I can think of.

The weenees flushable liners are a great barrier and I use them for nappy rash that is bad enough that I need to use a cream with a zinc barrier. Weenees ones don't have holes.
