    Freezing white sauce?

    Does anyone know if you can freeze white sauce?

    I do. I put left over white/cheese sauce in ice-cube trays then defrost them to put over DD's veggies for a change every now and then. It works fine.

    hi skittlebub I made some white sauce for my little one and I froze it in ice cube trays then store it in zip lock bag. If she doesnt really like something I have cooked for her I just add a cube of white sauce and she loves it. Sorry to get off the subject but yes you can freeze it
