Short lived migranes?

Hey,
the past two nights i have had very painful migranes. Heavy head, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting. The first night it only lasted 2 hours, the second night it went away within 30mins of throwing up.
I do have a history of getting migranes, but they lasted a couple of days, not 2 hours.
There is a slight chance i may be preg, i was late starting the pill and df and i dtd within 7 days of starting it.
Im unsure if migranes can be so short lived, or if its possibly MS, or too much hormone in my body.
If i am pg it would still be too early to test.
Any one had any experiences like this?

I don't have any experience with short migraines, but I only get mine when I'm about to get AF, something to do with my hormones. So I would probably suggest a HPT
