cracking joints

Hi I just wondered if anyone else has experienced this. DS knees are cracking when they bend (or clicking). It's one side more than the other. I have a chiro appt next week but just wondered if anyone else had experienced this? He is 5 months old. Thanks xo

Can't say I have experienced it, but I am someone whose joints crack really easily, and it's never been a problem. My knees used to creak when I was a child, and they're okay now...

My DD`s joints were cracking quite audibly around 8 months, so much so that her grandparents had actually noticed and pointed it out.I asked the paediatrician whilst we were at his rooms for another reason and he said it was quite normal and some babies actually provoke this ie)cracking their own fingers and toes.
If you are still worried though it might be worth seeing a doctor for reassurance if nothing else.
