How long before they 'forget' old routines?

This may seem like a strange question, but DD has been very unwell for weeks and I am just wondering if things will ever go back to the way they were.

She has had 2 colds and her vaccinations and has been a very cranky baby! We have been co-sleeping to try and cope with the extra clinginess etc, but I am getting over it! I want her to go back to her bed again, but last night after putting her down (I had to feed her to sleep) she woke every 20mins or so until she was in with us. Has she forgotten how to sleep in her bed???

I don't know....but I am getting antsy about my personal space! HELP!

    hun. ITs so hard sometimes

I think it takes approx 10days to make a habit of something (in syaing that babies can be fickly (sp?) little things). Try as hard as you can to be consistent as hard as it is when you are extremely tired.

I think it'd take a few days for things to start to settle down again. The first 3 - 4 days are the hardest. It should get a bit easier after that

DD is doing the same thing but we didn't change anything at all, she just started doing it. She keeps waking up after 10-20mins when we put her down at night. Last night I was so tired so we let her cosleep which I hardly ever do coz I can't sleep well but she slept so much better!
So I have no idea really, I'm not much help. We were doing everything exactly the same and she just started this.
