    Question Chocolate making

    Howdy all,

I will be making some choc molds soon and I am wondering firstly how long they last in the fridge and secondly what is a nice choc when its melted. I am thinking Nestle white at this stage.

Also there will be some colour needed so what type of colourings do you use and do you need a brush of some kind to paint the molds when you just want a little bit done in colour? if so what type of brush.

    Hoping someone can help

You can get colouring in powder form at spotlight & cake decorating stores, you just add a little bit to the melted choc

With regards to chocolate, compound chocolate goes a bit funny when its melted & reformed, I tend to by the choc button from spotters or cake places

If they are stored in an airtight container in the fridge they should last quite a whle
