bond dispute and small claims court

we are currently having a dispute over the refund of rental bond. the RTA are doing a 3 way call with all involved tomorrow but we dont want to settle if we dont get what we want. the next step is small claims court but does anyone know if it costs anything to do this? is it expensive?

I went to the rental tribunal and it didn't cost me a cent. and I won!

I worked as a Real Estate Property Manager/Sales Consultant for a few years and from what I can remember, to take the matter to Small Claims Court will cost pretty much just a filing fee....? I think this was under or around $100 - Don't quote me though, I haven't been in the industry for 3 years now... Call your local court house and htey'll be able to tell you

Hey we went throught the same thing with our real estate, all it cost us was the $14.50 filing fee for the case!
