Join fertility friend and it charts for you!! It will give you a cover line and pin point ovulation or you. I thought my paid memebrship was worth it as it gave you extra advice and info.

    Good luck

I used TCOYF ( taking charge of your fertility) when I was charting they'll let you try it free for a while to see if you like it, I thought it was great lots of on line help too, it was through that site I was referred to BB

You want a digital thermometer, preferably one that measures to two decimal places, as that makes it easier to see subtle changes. You take your temp every morning before you get out of bed, and plug it into whatever charting program you use. I loved fertility friend because it gives you 20 lessons on what to look out for.

    Good luck!

    Hi
Yes you just click on the date and a screen will come up where you put in your temp, the time you took it and any other info you have like CM or OPK test results etc.
There is a charting course you can do on the FF website which will explain it all to you.
    Good luck

I think on FF it says something like ENTER DATA & you press that then put your info in.

I always used a digital thermometer that only had 1 decimal point & it was easy as to see the thermal shifts.

You don't need the paid membership. I predicted two pregnancies using the above basic thermometer & unpaid membership with the basic info.

FF will give you a complimentary membership with most of the trimmings for your first cycle. They also have a 20 lesson tutorial which I recommend you should read.
