    Wink Baby bounty bags

I know with Mackenzie I got one of these from the hospital when we had our classes and then got a second one after she was born. This time round I want one purely for the sample size of sudocream - it's perfect for the nappy bag!

Does anyone knwo where I would get the bonty bag from? I have asked a couple of chemists and they said they don't have them. Do I just wait till bubs is born? I thought they came in stages though?

I got mine at my first midwives appointment - I think I was around 24 weeks?

I can send you my sample of sudocream if you like - we use cloth, so we don't use it.

Ooh thanks girls! Well at least I know thhere will be one somewhere!

Armieh =- thanks for the kind offer! I don't want it to be too much trouble. Should I put my address on here?

I love sudor cream but going to ask dumb question? If your baby is wearing cloth do they not get nappy rash or do use something different?

We use something other than sudocream - its a barrier cream so can get stuck in the fibres of cloth nappies and effect the absorbency. I use moogoo for our kids if they get red.

    PM me your address hon.

If you are going public you should get bag at first appt at hospital.

If private you can google bounty bags and a list comes up of where you can get them from.

You get 2nd bag in hospital

and 3rd bag from target after you go home.

there is also a bounty bag website where you can order them and get them sent out but you have to pay for p&h. but its more than likely that they wont have the same samples in it as they did for you when you first got them. i found with second pregnancy the only thing in em were pamphlets and ads! :-/

I was told when I went in for my first midwives appointment (6-8 weeks ago) that they don't do them anymore!. This was in a Sydney Public Hospital. Has anyone else got one recently?

    Hey Ladies
you can go to bounty bags dot com dot au to find out which chemist stocks them.

I gave my samples away (on BB) a few months ago because DD has highly sensitive skin mostly were samples like curash, sudocream.

OH the pixiefoto discount is good. I actually got one done for free and u get a big photo for free too!

But i was soooooo tempted to pay $400 for the set!

I got mine at my first hospital appointment, which was at about 12-ish weeks. I'm at the Mercy, and it was all part of their process. I had to fill in all of the paperwork, and then go through it all with the nurse, then they handed over my bag. It had the samples in it, too - and a WHOLE lot of advertising as well!

i just checked out the bounty bags website, and you're meant to get 3.
    1. Mother To Be Bag - distributed by nurses or hospital staff to pregnant women when they visit the antenatal clinic for the first time or when they register at the hospital
    2. New Mother Bag - distributed by nurses or hospital staff to new mothers during their stay in hospital after the birth of their baby
    3. New Baby Bag - collected from Target stores nationwide using the redemption card received in the Bounty New Mother Bag

There's some information on the website about what's in each of the bags as well, not an itemised list or anything. There's also a link to a list of pharmacies where you can get them from, too.
