    Unhappy Is this normal?

I have never told anyone this, not even my best friend. My DP has only come inside of me a few times, and every time he does it burns, not just a little sting but burns quite bad.

He's only done it a few times but he recently did it and it has got me worried. Will it stop me from falling pregnant?

Hi trying4baby88, I know there is a condition where you can be"allergic" to or have a sensitivity to your partners sperm.
I have a friend who had this problem with XH I'm not sure what the treatment was but I know she did use something to soothe the burning.
They had 3 children together so that wasn't a concern for them.
She did have to get a diagnosis from the doc though so probably best if you go to the doc and get it checked out.
I'm sure once you know what it is you'll feel better and can get onto fixing it up and TTCing without the burning and worry.

    Good luck

That's what im afraid the doctor is going to say. My DP is convinced that there is something wrong with him. But its me i feel like such a huge failure. First i get diagnosed with PCOS and that makes us getting pregnant hard and now i could be allergic to his sperm.

Oh sorry now I feel like I've upset you, I'm so sorry
I think the best thing to do is to go to the the doc the sooner the better to put your mind at rest If it is that my friend had it sorted quickly and it really wasn't that much of a big problem in the end.

You don't know for sure what it is could be something else that's even easier fixed!

Oh no dont apologise! It's not your fault im just very emotional at the moment. The thought of talking about it to the doctor is what im more upset about, im not very open about whats wrong with me. And in a way i dont want to know if anythings wrong, i dont think i could cope hearing more bad news.

I'm sorry you're having a hard time the moment, but really once you've talked to the doctor you could be completely relieved.

I know it's scary for you but stay strong and I really think the best form of action is to get in and get it all sorted ASAP...sometimes the wondering and not knowing is worse than the actual problem. I'm sure that's much easier for me to say than it is for you to do though!

    Hang in there
