    My baby is backwards!

    Hey everyone

I need some help as DS seems to be feeding more during the night and having very little during the day.

He usually goes to bed at 7pm with a feed of 120mls, the I give him a dream feed at 10:30pm (150mls) then he wakes about 1am then again at 4am (and sometimes at 4 he doesn't want to sleep anymore).

I know he needs to drink more during the day so he's not as hungry at night time but how do I make him drink it when all he does is scream after he's had about 70mls per feed during the day ???

Any advice would be much appreciated

He might be going through a bit of a growth spurt at the moment hun.
Give it a few days & he should settle again. I really don't think forcing more in during the day will help. Its not going to keep him full overnight.
He is doing what normal babies do As long as he is getting the right amount over 24 hours & has plenty of wet nappies, he sounds fine

Charlie went through a period like that severa; weeks back except she woke every 90 mins. Was hell but only lasted 5 days (compared to the first 9 weeks of an anti-sleep reflux baby, growth spurt was no big deal!)
