dribble rash

what can you put on dribble rash? DD2 has a red bumpy rash near her neck folds from her continious dribbling!! i'm nor sure what to put on it. paw paw ointment is not an option.

Bella has it also as she is cutting her 3rd lot of teeth, I found the Paw paw works best but we also got a cream from the chemist called Daktozin and we also have used Bepanthen and just plain sorbolene.
The chemist said to used something with a bit of oil so that it forms a barrier between the drool and the skin.

ok, is the daktozin the nappy rash cream? io have some of that around the house.

Hollo = yeah thats the nappy rash cream - the chemist told me its ok to use on the face and neck and it clears it up a treat - but it tends to dry the skin out also so they suggested putting sorbolene or bepanthen over the top.
