Prolapse? Should I be concerned or not? TMI.

Sorry if this post contains TMI.

I think I may have a prolapsed uterus. It has been about three weeks since the birth of my DS2, and I noticed today whilst in the bath that I have a buldge at the entrance of my vagina - It is like my cevix is hanging out of it. Does this sound like a prolapse?

I know that the midwife seemed alittle concerned about this after I had given birth, but she didn't actually say anything to me about it. I never had any problems before the birth to make me suspect a prolapse, and never noticed anything like this after my first two children were born - but then I wasn't game to examine myself 'down there' after those births until months after the fact.

I have my six week check up in three weeks, and am wondering if I can wait until then to ask my doc about this, or should I be getting checked out sooner?
