Quick question- last week I had strep throat and was put on antibiotics, a 10 day course, which I have been taking (one a night)

Yesterday I got gastro and was vomiting, so I didn't take one last night. Today my tummy has been awful and I've only just started to eat something again- should I take my antibiotic tonight? Will it totally upset my tummy?
