the doctor that i always went to has left and i am thinkin of goign to a dif place to see a new doc. they r not in the same building and i was just wondering if somehow they knwo wat past medications i have had or do i need to take my file wit me.
they will ask you all the same q's again. medication, illness, ops etc...
i know you can transfer medical files over to the new clinic (from the old one) by signing a form. That is what we did with our dr. We had moved to a new dr, thought that she was great and then asked the receptionist if she could get all our history from the other clinic and they can.
I think wait until you see the new dr a few times and decide that "yep" they are the one that you'll be sticking too and then transfer.
