Urgent help - Investment loans

Hi All,

I am looking for an investment loan but when i do a search I can only see business loan, personal loan and home loans. What type of loan is it suppose to be?

Also, does anyone know any good banks offering investment loans on a fixed rate of under 7%?

This investment loan is for a current commercial property.

Sorry I'm probably to late to help, but...

generally investment loans are exactly the same as standard home loans.In terms of 'commercial' some financial institutions merely use their 'home loans' but with a different LVR (larger deposit). some Offer specific commercial loans. You would need to check with either the financial institution directly or a broker who deals with commercial loans.
