    Smile 'psychic' dreams

Just wanted to share a really vivid dream I had with everyone...

I dreamt the other night that a good friend of mine that lives in England was pregnant with a baby girl, very early, she wasn't showing. I sent her a text asking her if she was indeed UTD... she said her sister (who I know too) has just announced she's pregnant! How strange is that?

Do many people have these type of dreams?

BTW I've been trying for a bub for awhile now and a psychic told me that I will fall preg this spring (now) so everything crossed for me please!!!!!

I dream a lot but I usually don't link them until later on when I get a strong feeling of Deja vu and I know I have dreamt what is currently happening before and I then remember the dream vividly.

I have had these dreams before, with both my PG's and also friends and family.

I told my stepmum she was PG with my youngest brother before she had her blood test to confirm.
I'm not always right but generally if i dream of someone being PG i keep it to myself til i know... lol although once i saw a belly and nothing else... 3 friends were PG within a mth of each other!

good luck with TTC and hopefully all goes well over SPRING!

I had a dream I was pregnant, the baby was a girl. I had even named her in my dream. The next day i found I was pregnant and that baby was a girl.

I also had a vivid dream about my dog lying on the ground with water flowing over him. I was there with him and couldn't do anything to help him, I tried lifting him but he was too big and heavy. That morning I had a phone call from my dad to go and take the dog to the vet because he was sick and Dad couldn't get out of work. I went to get him, he was lying in exactly the same place and position as my dream (without the water) and there was nothing I could do. I tried but I couldn't lift him, all I could do was talk to him and pat him. He died with me there.

Sorry about my delayed reply.. I try not to come on here too much as i end up obsessing!!! wow those dreams are amazing!

Eluned - oh yes my husband had that really strongly when we went to Tasmania for the first time, he said he really felt like he had been at this particular place before and could even mention parts of it before we got there. It is strange

Avasmum - you and I sound a bit similar! I had another dream the other week about another friend being 3 weeks preg... haven't asked her yet! thanks for your TTC wishes

tinkerbell - so sorry to hear about your doggy incredible dreaming about doggy though and about your baby girl. I'm hoping I have my own preg dream soon!

Actually I remember years ago I was living in england and I had a very vivid dream about having an epidural, I was about to give birth.. I had never even heard of an epidural before that dream as I was early 20s and not thinking about having a baby at that stage! Amazing stuff.

I also seem to know what sex a baby is going to be of good friends and family, I've never got it wrong... just a really strong feeling. I also have a strong feeling that I will have 2 baby girls pretty close together and hopefully another one later!

    Thanks everyone for replying

I am afraid of what i see in my dreams.

I see people that i haven't seen for ages/years in my dreams and won't tell anyone about them, until a few days later i hear about them from friends or mum and i am gobsmacked. If it were people that i regularly see coming through to me in my dreams, i wouldn't be shocked but it's usually people i haven't heard from and then i'm like Wow!

I see dead people in my dreams. As in relo's and friends who have passed over.

One night, i saw my uncle who passed like 15 years ago. I saw him regularly in my dreams and then one night i asked him how he was and he said that i shouldn't be worrying about him and that he was fine. I haven't seen him since.

I keep seeing my friend who passed over like 12 years ago. His mother doesn't even see him in her dreams, but he comes into mine regularly.

I see the devil in my dreams. In all shapes and forms. He scares me the most.

    Spooky stuff

My first pregnancy I had a dream that my Dh's mum (who has passed away, and was passed away at the time) helped deliver my baby but took the baby away and I didnt get to hold it - that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. When I was pregnant with Georgia I had a dream that my mum helped me deliver the baby and she handed it straight to me. After that dream I knew that the baby was going to be ok. Now obviously I have Georgia.

I've had those dreams too, they are so strange.

When a friend of mine was pregnant, EVERYONE thought she was having a boy. One night I had a very vivid dream that they had a little girl with tons of dark hair and that they named her Maya. 3 weeks later they had a baby girl with lots of dark hair but they named her Ana. I never told them about that dream until three years later they had another little girl with lots of dark hair, and they named her Maya!!

When I was pregnant I thought I was having a girl for some reason, until at 7 months I had another vivid dream. I dreamt I was tucking into bed a little blond-haired blue-eyed boy who was saying "I love you mommy". It was strange as DH and I both have dark hair and neither of us has blue eyes, but 3 months later we had a little boy with blond hair and blue eyes!

Oh my that is freaky! I think the weirdest one that i had was when my SIL had really long hair and she loved it but i dreamt that she got sick of it and got it cut really short. When i woke up i told DP and he laughed and said she would never cut it that short but later that day we bumped into her and yep she had cut it really short i just stood there staring, she thought i didnt like it!

I had a dream last night that I went for my scan (which is next week) and I was told its a little girl. I didnt believe the sonographer until he pointed out the genital lines.
It was sooooooooo vivid and clear that when I woke up I had to think twice whether or not it had actually happened.

    Oh please be my sign

Geeze I hope I haven't had a psychic dream! A few nights ago i dreampt that I was in the UK near Oxford (where distant family come from) and there was this massive festival... everyone was excited about the arrival of this entity... I didn't really have a clue what they meant... until it arrived... it was an alien space ship and when we were all standing around in awe the space ship beamed me up!!! I was apparently some "chosen one" rofl I was meant to feel priviledged but then when i saw inside the space ship it was on the HitchHikers Guide to the Galaxy... very grungy and then it got a bit scarey... they gassed me!

I had another crazy dream last night... actually the last few weeks I keep dreaming of friends being pregnant.

Anyway last night I dreamt that I found a litter of new born kittens behind the TV, the mother had gone to find food and the father was there... they were all pretty healthy except one was a bit weak, so I was trying to work out how to get them to the vet and how I was going to bottle feed them mik... it was sooo vivid!!!! I'm currently about 9DPO and thinking AF is coming.... would be lovely to be pregnant though!

Its amazing what occurs in dreams.

The night before I miscarried (1st pregnancy) I dreamt I went in for an ultrasound and saw an actual baby on the screen and it was a little girl. Then when I fell pregnant with DS at the same time (7w) I dreamt I had a son but in my dream e was about 10 and not an image on an u/s machine - so I knew from then on I'd have a H&H DS...

I also have a lot of 'deja vu' dreams and dreams of relatives that have passed..
