Dorothy Birthday Cake?

Hi all
I was wanting to make DD a Dorothy the Dinosaur birthday cake for her birthday and was wondering if any of you lovely people have any suggestions, tips etc?

u can hire sheped cake tins from the cake supplier shop...u can get everything u need there and they r always willing to give u ideas n short cuts ect.
i used the dolly varton shape tin & made a frogs head n little cup cakes around i iced blue -with the betty croker icing they looked like water surrounding the frog- really sweet!
