CSA and income change

Xp and I have just split and he is currenlty payiing CS , thats not an issue, however he is about to finish his apprenticeship in 2 weeks and will by a qualified tradie. when dose he have to notify CSA of increase in income and what do i do if he dosn't.

He will need to let them know of any change in circumstances. It certainly won't hurt for you to let them know, just in case he doesn't.

from my understanding his child support will not change until next finacial year, when he does his tax.

My ex got a promtion and it wasnt until the end of the last finacial year so wasnt in his figures which are sent to CSA so his child support wont change til next finacial year when he does his tax.
