    Hey

I have a couple in my stash and wish I had more. I think they are really awesome. They are just beginning to get a bit short in the wings where they attach to the front panel on my son (who will be 3 in January) but they still fit my 13.5 month old beautifully

yep, 'nother fan here. Though they are a little bit plasticy and boring compared to some, they are a fantastic workhorse nappy.

    sorry one more question...
I've found an online store with pop-in version 1 runout clearance. According to the store owner size wise version 1 is smaller than version 2. The difference in price is $10 ea..
In your opinion, should i just get the version 1..? the difference in price is really tempting.
    TIA

I only have the version 1 in my stash so I can't comment on the size difference, but I think they are fine

I've been using them on Eva since she was 6 weeks old (she is 11wks now) and they give a great fit without the bulk. No Ieaks at all. I also use the outer cover with a prefold.

Only one thing is that the stitching has come apart in a couple of the inserts. I could probably han stitch them to fix.

They fit my 21 month old too, but only just. She is a little chunky. I only have version 1

Thanks for the replies..just 1 more question

How do you wash your pop-ins?
On the product information it says you can't tumble dry the outer shell..i have a front loading washing machine so this might be a problem?

it means you can't put the shell in a clothes dryer. Front loader washing macine is all good. If I need to dry my nappies in a hurry, I put the absorbers in the dryer, and the shells on the clothes horse and they dry in the same time.

ohhh I am up to washing my ones too I have no idea what version I have (kitt3n could you let me know??) I also have a front loader machine. I am using the planet ark powder "Aware" at the moment for all my baby things. Just remember to read the instructions on the box if you use this powder .... I didn't and ended up with a soggy clump of powder left in the dispenser thingy ooopppsss

I think these ones need to be washed 6 times for maximum absorbancy so today I will be doing a second wash its so exciting bet I won't be saying that for long though

OMG nae look at your ticker!!!!!! I just got happy goosebumps! yep you have the version ones - I havent seen v2 in the flesh - i think they just have an extra row of snaps so can be made longer (i.e to have a higher rise) if needed, once bub is bigger.

not sure what these microfibre ones are like, personally i like the idea of the natural bamboo

same here i prefer bamboo. However with their dream-dri, microfibre is used as the liner. It's the 'original' (i assume this is meant to be for day use) that has the bamboo liner.
Can i just get the bamboo ones to use at night?

I have one of each and I'll confess I'm a little confused about the 'new improved' microfibre version. I'll admit, it definitely fits a toddler better, but surely you sacrifice heaps of absorbency switching from bamboo to MF?
There's no way I could trust MF for overnight use and I wish my bamboo one was bigger.
I guess I could try swapping the inners...didn't think of that before

    Pop In Demo Party.

    Hey TIA,
I was just researching around about these nappies this week. A friend of mine has recently bought some and said that they are awesome. She's and I have both been using Baby Beehinds (Bamboo fitteds). I've loved these... but they do take a whole day to dry up here in QLD.

Anyway... my friend is so convinced that she has become a demonstrator for the Pop Ins. I'm going to host a party for her in October. It's a good way to see the nappies first hand... Bummer tho' cos I can't really justify increasing my stash. My little girl is 7 mths old and we seem to be doing fine with what we've got. But I've got friends who are interested... and I'm so keen to see more ppl using cloth nappies.

Anyway... if you're in Brisbane and want her contact details... I'm sure she'd happily come out and demo the nappy for you. Alternatively you could find out whether the online store knows a demonstrator where you are for them.
