Have fun camping.
Other can ideas are baked beans (great vegetable source and filling too) and spagetti.
When we go camping we always take tomatoes and cuecumbers on saladas or cruskits or whatever takes your fancy with avocado or hommus.
DH & I are going away on a camping holiday in just over 2 weeksand we are starting to put together a list of all the food items we will need to take. We are going for a whole week and I am wondering what might be best for us to take so that I don't get stuck eating vegemite sandwiches the whole week.
Breakfast and dinner will be okay. I am loving my cereal at the moment and we are able to cook dinner each night. My only problem is lunch. I was thinking of taking a few tins of tuna or salmon, but that's all I can come up.....
If anyone has any suggestions for lunch ideas that will survive either being in an esky or not needing to be "refridgerated" that would be great![]()
