Sounds like you may have pulled a muscle? So a physio would be good.
If you feel its not muscle and maybe something in your spine or pelvis maybe a chiro would be better.
Hope it eases or treatment helps.
Hi there,
I am 25 weeks pregnant and was moving the cot the other day.. i know i shouldnt have been.. but sometimes if you want something done.. u have to do it yourself!!
Half way through moving it i felt this massive sharp pain in my lower right side of my backand now it has been there for 5 days, My partner can rub it at night and that gets me through the night but its back as soon as i wake up or as soon as i put any weight on my right side, and obviously i have to put weight on my right side..
What do i do? Can i see a Chiro or physio? its my baby shower this weekend and i would like to be able to enjoy myself instead of laying flat on my back..
Anyone have any suggestions of anyone i can go to on the Sunshine Coast to fix this problem?
Thanks in advance!![]()
