Any builders, home renovators etc questions re urban edge homes and appliances etc

    Hi everyone,
we are doing the sums etc on building at Eynesbury, VIC. Trying to do as much research as possible and at the moment we have settled on urban edge homes. We are getting a house from their basic range and we are trying to pick what we need from the upgraded inclusions.
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with Technika appliances the upgraded appliances are blanco, trying to work out if we should spend the extra.
Another difference is in the insulation batts and hot water service, the insulation batts are 3.0 and we have no idea if that is okay etc and the hot water service is a vulcan hotshot 135litre.
Also if anyone has had any experience with urban edge that would be great.
Sorry i know lots of questions
    Thanks in advance

The oven in our first house was technika. I loved it but it was a tad on the small side internally and I had to buy smaller roasting dishes. I'd be tempted to upgrade to blanco though!

3.0 insulation batts are good for the walls. For the roof maybe get better if you can afford it. It's always better to have more in the roof.

I work for a construction company in QLD, we build for RSL (QLD Branch) and they specify all technika equiptment in their homes. Never had an issue

Yeah completely understand, you may as well spend that little bit extra now then have troubles later on. But Techinka is pretty good, had no complaints so far

    Good luck x

My oven was the 600mm wide one. With the 900 you'd be fine I'd reccon
