well one was cylce and one was RPM.. my problem... IT REALLY HURTS my vagina! LOL i feel like i am not pushing myself because it is hurting so much. i dont think my seat is in the wrong position cause i asked the instructor last week to sort that out for me! should i get one of those gel seats.. where do you get them from? and how many times will i need to go before it stops hurting that area!~
Most cycle shops will have those gel seats. Maybe invest in a pair of padded bike pants too ;-)
I'm an RPM instructor and got on the bike after having bubs number 2 - and it even killed my pubic bone area. So I started by alternating RPM, with Pump or a good power walk, then got back on the bike and alternated again. I now can do RPM everyday with no worries!!
