Red face I am doing something for ME!

Last week I joined Weight Watchers and tomorrow morning I have my weigh in.
We cant areally afford it @ $18 a week just to weigh in but we have made a few changes and we will find away.
I am doing this for my Husband so he can have his happy and confident wife back, he said he loves how ever I am but he can see that I dont love me, I am doing this for Bella so I am not the fat mum that she will get teased for, Im doing this for my future baby that I hope to be pregnant with in the next 12 months but most of all I am doing this for ME!

I want to be healthy for my family and for my future children!

I am happy to start a new phase in my life!! My mini goal is 10 kgs gone by X-mas and then another 10 by mid next year when we start TTC (another big fat YAY!!)

    Thanks for listening!
I AM GOING TO DO THIS!!

Good on you and good luck!!! I'm trying to lose weight and get healthy too. I'm on week 2 and shopping today was a testing time! I'm sure going to meetings each week will give you the support you'll need while on your journey.
I joined the diet and weight loss support thread here, and i'm already finding that it's being so helpful.
    Good luck.

Woo hoo! Good work! Have you considered trying calorie king? It is an online calorie counter. Some of us in the weight loss thread use it and it keeps a personal profile for you. It is also free which is why I use it. Then you could spend the money on other things.
Anyway good on you for starting your weight loss journey!
