Has anyone had them done?

How long did it take for the results to come back?

DD was in hospital for four days with Pneuomonitis and suspected asthma (not confirmed until she is over two or has had 3 attacks in total). It was her 6th repiratory infection since April, so the light finally turned on that something wasn't right.

Monday it will have been three weeks since DD's BT's were done and we are still waiting, Wednesday they said the results were pending and Friday the secretary would even tell me that, just that she would get Dr P to call me

We are also on the waiting list for a sweat test, for Cystic fibrosis (although we belive that it will be unlikely that she has it, just need to cross it off the list)

I believe that no news is good news, but will they just give me the good news already

Thanks em... we are still waiting for the results, it has been 3 weeks since the testing was done soo tired of waiting for answers..

gees that's a long time to wait! Have the results not come back yet or have they just not let you know?

I can totally understand how frustrating that must be to wait that long! I'd be tearing my hair out by now- but I am somewhat impatient. Hopefully it all comes back good- especially after this wait. But I guess you still want answers for a few things so I hope you get them!

Yes em... it is starting to drive me nuts!

I have left a third message for her Paed from her admission, if he would just *****call back!! I just want three things, test results, discharge summary and referral to her Private Paed, they recommended going back to her private paed for continuity of care... but there is not a lot of point seeing him untilw e have the results back, as there isn't much point seeing him about half of the stuff and paying a fortune only to have a second appointment soon after!

My patience is waining......
