nipple discharge

just a quick bit of info, i had a missed miscarriage. went for my 12 week scan to be told by baby had stopped growing around 8 weeks. that was almost a week ago and i have since had treatment. now i have noticed a clear discharge coming from my nipples and wonder if this is just related to the fact that my breasts were growing and now they have stopped and the extra fluid is coming out. has anyone else had this?

I am not sure My miscarriages were early ones and my stillbirth was at 25w3d. After my stillbirth, my milk came in and I had the engorged breasts and milk production. I am not sure how early this can occur.

scarypinkfairy I am sorry to hear about the loss of your bub. I think despite what gestation there are many of us that our bodies prepare to have a baby and do get some colostrum/ early discharge after a m/c. I also have some breat discharge after an ectopic at 8weeks.
