Red patches

I'm sure most little ones get them....DS gets little red patches in his creases, usually under the arm pits and sometimes in his little leg creases (gotta love the chubba leg rolls!)

I found one under his arm yesterday at bath time that was quite red....it doesn't seem to be bothering him at all, but we need to get it healed. He gets nudey time each day to let things breathe, but with the cold weather at the moment, we can't really do it for too long (we have crappy heating). Gets a bath regularly and we just use plain old water, no soap.

I don't want to put too much cream on it, cos I want it to breathe, but if any of you have any wonder creams that have been effective, suggestions please....

Try ZSC powder on it. It's fantastic stuff. I used it for that and nappy rash.
