Eva or Georgia?

Hi Girls,

Am (STILL) really struggling with a girls name as we now know our new bundle is a girl!! DH loves Georgia Grace and I was sold on that too but now I keep going back to Eva Grace! I love it!! But DH and family members feel that the name is 'attached' to a particular culture (I dont mean to offed and Im sure they dont either) but I just want to know what others think. Do you think a name has an attachment to a particular race or culture?

Also, would love to know which one you like the best and then I can take it to DH as evidence

Are they referring the Eve in a Biblical sense?

I cant think of any other attachment Eva has...

Personally though the name Eva Grace and Eva Jade are SO overused...Im not a fan

Gerorgia Grace is much nicer and not so so commonplace either :_)

I have no idea what race they think its attached to hahahaha

i think its gorgeous.
In my last year of teaching i came across 3 georgia / jorji 's - but no Evas
so IMO - Eva is less common.

I'm not so keen on Eva. I like the way it sounds but when i look at the way it is spelt I immediately think "ever", as in "for ever and ever".

But hey! It's your baby girl so go with what you love!

I think it would sound great with a longer middle name..

We have Eva Jasmine chosen..
