Question High PAPP A and high HCG levels ?

Hi girls my NT scan came back with a slightly higher neck measurement but still in normal ranges... ( 3 days later I went for a sneaky second scan, mainly to make sure bubs was doing okay and my sanity,) they got a different neck measurement well in normal ranges?
Anyway results were done on first US...high HCG 1.5MOM and a very high PAPP A 2.1MOM, putting me at high risk for a downs baby. but after talking with a gentics consellor she informs me that the "normal" sequence would be a high HCG and a low PAPP A and she could not give me any answers, wondering in anyone has had a similar experience or knows what it could mean for my bubs?
Flowerchild/anyone HELP!!!! 2 weeks till my amnio and slowly going insane.

I had a normal NT measurement and high HGC and low PAPPA. My downs risk was 1:5.

It can be difficult to get the NT measurement right. They need to get bub from the right angle or it will give a thicker measurement. So I would be inclined to say the thinner measurement is more accurate.

PAPP-A is related to the function of the placenta.

What was the risk factor they gave you? What were your NT measurements?

    High HCG, High PAPP-A

    Hello-

I just read your tread and I am in the same position with a normal Nuchal, high HCG and high PAPP-A results. I am so worried. Please let me know what happened with your amnio. I have mine in 2 weeks.

    Thank you.
