I am a person who has been feeling sad since early childhood and I am wanting to start to take responsibility for how I feel cause I feel like I'm the only one that can make it happen. For me to achieve this I need to learn how to accept that I have responsible for feeling depressed in terms of learning forgive, to alter my perspective to be helpful or positive, how I react to others etc. I am interested to find out if anyone could recommend any websites or books or advice in terms of this.Am excited, the start of a new era
