    mouldy bibs?

I'm finding that my plastic-backed bibs have a tendency to go mouldy. Anyone have ideas on how to remove the mould stains to save me throwing them out and replacing them? I usually wash them with my regular detergent and add napisan into the load... even hanging them in the sun to dry isn't helping much. I'd rather not use bleach.

Nope... I have a few like that too... I thought it was banana that caused it, but I know you don't use banana...

I was reading somewhere the other day about vinegar wash and sunshine, or milton tablets? But I cant remember where that was.... Sorry....

I was going to try Hollys sugar soap stain removal from a thread I can hopefully find for you, to get rid of the stain... Ok Here is the link to the thread with the sugar soap thing...

I think once the sun has killed the mould spores all you are left with is the stain, so I thought the sugar soap was worth a try, but I have to a) buy some and b) find time to try it... So for now, I keep the stained bibs for home use and DS gets them if the washing basket is full...
