My baby is at the VET ~worried~

My poor buba is at the Vet she is due for her vax but is also seeing the Vet regarding her arthritis (in her hips) and I found a large scary lump just near her right hip on Tuesday.

My DH had to take her as Im stuck at work but really I was a little scared incase this lump turns out to be something.

Im hoping that it is just a fatty lump, but she is old I have had her for 13 years and I do not know what I would do without her - Ive had her for longer than DH!!

Good luck vibes for my stinky

I just heard from my DH and the lump is not fatty tissue.

The vet thinks it is a tumor.

She has to have an op on Monday. Apparently it can be benign or it is cancer and there are three stages, they either get it all, they have to go back in and take more or it is too late and has spread.

But she is going to be alright because there is no other alternative

My dog had a rather large tumour (2.2kg) removed and it wasn't benign ... he went on chemo and they said he'd have no more than 3 months ... anyhows, he decided that he wasn't ready to go for at least a year, which we loved and cherished and enjoyed with him.

If your Stinky is a special one, then its worth it and he'll thank you in his own way. Don't give up hope!

Thanks girls...we are just spoiling her rotten at the moment (not that that is so unusual) and hoping for the best.
