Calling all Hairdressers!!

Can you please recommend a good shampoo & conditioner for really thick, really curly, dry, blonde foiled hair?

I have used Pantene for about 15 years and I am over it, I don't think it does my hair any good. I want to try something professional, but not over the top expensive. I also need to be able to get it at one of those hair places that sell all the brands in shopping centres - can't think what the name of the shop is!
