Brauer cream and MCNs

Can anyone tell me if it is ok to use Brauer nappy rash relief cream with my MCNs? There is no zinc oxide in the ingredients list... that is the problem with most nappy rash creams isn't it? I have a couple of sample tubes and it feels nice so would like to be able to use it.

i do and haven't had any probs.

If it soaks into the skin you should be right. If it forms a barrier on the skin and doesnt sink in - don't use it

Thanks ladies, that is what I thought. No white layer... just seems like a moisturiser. I will go ahead and use it.
