    38 weeks and bleeding

ok so im not bleeding full on or anything, just a light pink watery discharge,
    heres what happened..
yesterday i was a bit more 'wet' down there than usual, i had to change my liner once and then while i was out the first of the pink wateryness came, when i got home i had to change my nickers, i then continued to leak all night, not enough to be my waters im assuming coz it wasntenough to fill a pad or anything, but when we got home last night i hoped out of the car and felt a bit of a gush, it wasnt a massive amount, but when i stood i felt an amount of fluid wet my undies, so i dashed to the loo and another bount of the pink wateryness, so by this time (mind you i have had no pain, maybe one or 2 mind period type cramps/tightnings but nothing of substance or to get excited about) so after i got out of the car i had a shower and put on a pad and called the hospital, the mw i spoke to said it sounds normal and asked if my waters had broken, im pretty sure they havent,
he then told me that unless i have an increased amount of fluid, like my pad is super wet within the next hour or so, to go to the hospital, and they'll check my waters ect.
so i went to bed and got up at my usual 1am peeing time (lol) and id been leaking pink again, but this time there was the TINYEST (sp?) dot of what i would describe as a clot.
then this morninh when i had to get up at 4am to send my DH off to work for the week (yup you guessed it he left this morning and wont be back for a week >.<) i went to the loo and pinkness has got a little darker and more quantity, and this time when i wiped i had my 'clot' that was a super dark red????
Im freaking out, i have a mw app later today and dont know whether to wait to then>? call teh hosp and tell them this?
Bubs has also been SUPER quiet yesterday
    and this morning too
    any advice would be awesome

ps sorry about the super long post lol

sounds like your bloody show to me....give your hospital a call, honestly they won't mind no matter what time it is. I called them at 3 in the morning once and i felt so bad but they were fine. They will be able to tell you if you should come in or not. although bub has been quiet have you still felt some movements?

yeh ive felt her move she's just no where near as active as she normally is, she usually spends the whole day stretching out (i have been telling her for the last few days that if she comes out she'll be able to strecth out more lol) and usually right before i go to sleep she'll give me a beating, but i didnt get any of that last night and yesterday she was super quiet.

:yeahthat: Same thing for me with DS. Hospital confirmed it for me then a very small last gush a couple of days after 'leaking' like you are describing. Although, I didn't get any clotts but what I did leak was never enough to fill a pad, only the last one did. Hosi didn't seam as worried about the leaking as they were about his lack of movement though. Doesn't hurt to get checked out or ring even if it's only for peace of mind!!
Good luck! Sounds like your beautiful bub will be here soon!

all sounds really normal.... I had alot of pinkish mucous discharge. I would stay at home as long as you can tho... call the hossy if you want but they will tell you to come in so they can check you cos that's what they do. I wouldn't be too concerned about the clots unless there are alot of them or they are big...

good luck hon, sounds like it is all about to happen

oohhh how exciting for you - I would call the hossy and if they suggest to go in then do so!!

Its better to be in and close then waiting around by yourself. At least if you get checked out then they can tell you what they think is happening and IF need be then you can call your DH and let him know whats going on.

Sounds like things are starting to happen for you - good luck

    Thanks Girls
I know im really excited too, the pinkish leaking has stopped, but i have a MW app today at 2 so im just gonna wait til then? or is that leaving it all too long?
DH has driven the 5 hours to work this week so that if bub comes while he's away he can quickly (without speeding - yeh right LOL) drive back home.
Bubs has been moving this mroning, she's even moving as i speak but it feels very different, i think she might actually be turned all the way in (up until now her back has been down my left side and her feet at my right) but i think she maybe facing my spine now?
anyway i will keep you all updated
Fingers crossed my little one isnt far away

    hehe
well just came back from MIL, the mw said it sounds like i had my show which doesnt mean labour.. she monitored the babys movements and heart rate coz i mentioned she's slowed down a bit, she also monitored my belly tightnings and said i was having quite a few braxton hicks ( i was monitored for 20 mins or so) she said bubs is fine which is always good t hear, except that bub is now facing out, not in
BUT while i was up at MIL the pink leaking started again, but this time was enough to fill my pad and ive been having terrible period like cramps,
so i just put on a fresh pad, wrote down the time and if i leak alot in the next small space of time, im gonna call the hospital.
But with these cramps that ive been getting they are fairly close together, ugh, idk, any help would be aweomse thanks ladies
