Cool Aiming to fit into my wedding dress for 5th anniversary

It's my 5th wedding anniversary in January and because I didn't wear a traditional style wedding dress, I would really love to be able to wear my wedding dress out to a nice dinner. My dress is size 8 and very sheer. For most of our marriage I've been size 10-12

I'm aiming to get back into my pre-wedding size hopefully by Christmas so I'm trying to be careful what I eat particularly for breakfast & lunch so I can relax a little more at dinner time.
I'm also trying to make exercise a priority rather than only if I feel like it.

I'm not so fussed about actual kg's because I'm doing a bit of weights too and muscle weighs more than fat, so I'm going on measurements and things like that.

My dress IS a traditional style dress and I still wore it out for coffee on our first anniversary - veil and all!
This year is a bit tricky as we'll be in Japan for our anniversary, and I am not schlepping the dress all the way over there. Might just take the veil, or garter or something!

Sounds like a good plan - good luck!
