Im new to this site and Im not sure if I shouod be posing this here, so if its in the wrong place im sorry!



I came off the pill on the 14th of Sept and had AF on the 18th of Sept. So AF was due again on the 16th of Oct...wellllll she hasnt shown up yet. I has a tiny show on the 13th of Oct but as I said no AF.

I did a hpt on the 14th of Oct and it was a BFN....

So here I am a week later and nothing...should I test again or put it down to it being my first month off the pill and wait till AF shows up?

Well, seeing you tested early and your period is now a fair bit late, you certainly could be pregnant. Of course, it could be due to coming off the pill, but.... Go on! Test again! Good luck!

Also, in case you aren't pregnant this time, for future cycles, you may want to try charting your temperature (for example using Fertility Friend website which has a free service you can use). This will help you pinpoint when you ovulate, and if your period doesn't arrive 14ish days after that, you have a great chance of being pregnant. I find it really helped me to know when I should be expecting my period, so I would know when it was worth getting my hopes up.

I tested and I got a BFN

Im guessing AF is missing in action due to coming off the pill.
