Help - i hate my eyebrows! Anyone used eyebrow stencils?

    Hey everyone,

I have really short, sparse, thin eyebrows.. seriously, they used to be non existent when i was a kid, and now they are a little better, but still not great. I generally use a bit of pencil on them to fill them in, and have dyed them, which helps a bit.. It's hard to shapre them, you take out 1 hair too many and they are almost gone again. There is nothing i would love more than super hairy dark eyebrows - so much potential to do stuff with them!

Anyway, i was trying to find a good place in Melbourne that would shape them (just spent 3 months growing them back after i saw a great add in the local leader about a nearby place that will fix bad eyebrows - and of course now i can't find that add and can't find the place on google!), and i came across a website - eyebrowz - where you can buy different stencils. They said for ppl like me to colour them in (whilst holding the stencil in place) with a special white pencil, and then put their powder over the top, so you can re-create your eyebrow.

Anyone tried something like this before? They have a great range of shapes - now i just have to choose some.

Or any other magic suggestions, products, places to go?

    Thanks!

I go to Afnaan in Russell Street. Look up Arch Enemy Eyebrows.

She's great. I went to her before my wedding and now keep going back.

You could always get them tattooed on. Seriously, it's not as rare as you might think. Or you could get them tinted/dyed.

Otherwise the stencil thing sounds good. Perhaps google it a bit for reviews if you're worried.

    Good luck

I was diagnosed several years ago that i have alopecia of the eyebrows (meaning i can wake up one morning and have a chunk of eyebrow hairs missing)

... i use from The Body Shop the eyebrow powder (comes with a little slanted brush & is very easy to apply), ask the staff there to match you with a suitable colour ... it usually lasts me more than 2years and i use it almost everyday
