Red face Why does it hurt so much more now?

I never used to have period pain/cramps before having a baby, but since AF has returned post birth I have been having the most unbearable cramping.

Sorry for TMI but it kind of aches really really low down.

    Why is this?

    ?? I dunno.

BUT I'm 100% sure I've had more of this POST babies than I did Pre babies.

I'm the opposite!!! Before having DD I used to get reasonably bad menstrual cramping (panadol usually would help or heat pack) but now hardly any!!! Mind you, I've only had one AF since having DD.... I think the next one is due soon as I have those same feelings as a month ago

Same here. Mine are so bad that I'm getting a Mirena put it to try and help it. Don't know why it happens but it just sucks, doesn't it!!

I was informed by the midwife that pregnancy can alter your cycle, flow and how much you cramp with af. I was stoked when the first few periods I had (pre implanon) were painfree and light after suffering crippling, heavy periods for years prior to pregnancy
