I think, if im right, your DD is 8/9 months old. My dd always used to love pasta with peas and corn. Spaghetti was her fave for a while till she started whipping it round her head like a cowboy! lol
DD couldnt eat bread for ages so she would just have roasted or steamed veggies. grated cheese. cruskits were good with stuff on, avo, banana, humous etc.
Scrambled egg was and still is a big hit, but some say it should be left till after 1 as it is possible to have a reaction the the white.
    cottage cheese.

    Charlotte loves Baked Beans lol

We also have scrambled eggs or fritatas, bubble and squeak from left over veg sometimes, I make small soups for her as well.
Pasta, risottos, cold meats and salads are all favourites too.

    Zuchinni Slice would be yummo!

i used to make banana and strawberry pancakes and DD loved them. id slice the fruit in to little rounds, coast them in pancake mix and cook!!!
with the eggs, id cook it more like an omelette. in a small nonstick pan, cook a bit, fold in half so it sort of sticks together and is quite think. let it cool abit then slice it, easier for her to pick up.

You can buy low salt breads. They don't taste as good as normally salted bread but I have found one I don't mind the taste of. Low salt is determined as 120mg/100g or less. Here's a list of breads if you are interested, which I buy at my local supermarkets (you can also make your own low salt bread just do google searches for recipes):

    - Country Life Wholemeal
    - Potts Swiss White Sourdough
    - Potts Country Rye Sourdough
    - Potts Rye (my favourite because it tastes like normal rye bread)

There may be others I don't know of.

Hope that wasn't too much off topic just thought I'd let you know that there are low salt breads out there if you are concerned about salt content.

Lunch ideas not using bread - zucchini or vegetable slice, soups, vegetable sticks like avocado, cucumber and steamed bits of carrot, zucchini, beans, broccoli, etc (which you could add some steamed fish or chicken with or even bits of cheese), pasta

Baked beans (massive hit here as well).
    Gnocchi
    Raviolli
    Salmon or tuna patties
    pitta bread with hommus
    sandwiches
rice with crushed tomatoes and chicken
rissotto- I make it with salt reduced stock.
    Will keep thinking

I give DD polenta a lot - its easy for her to hold & easy to eat.
    Baked beans!
Cheese, chicken, strips of meat, eggs, did I mention baked beans? Roast vegies, baked beans, anything that is going really.

I dress up baked beans with mashed sweet potato or any vegies that you want to add.
(And you can get the 'no added salt' variety if you are worried about salt)

I'm lazy, I always kept leftovers from our meals and that's what DD had for lunch! If I ran out I'd boil a potato and cut it into cubes. Or I'd do the same with other bits and pieces of vegies I had around (corn was a fave). Or she'd have a bit of whatever I was having.

Like you, I tried to stay away from bread, since she had toast in the morning. So cous-cous was an easy, quick alternative.
